EZGina is a replacement for Windows Graphical Identification and Authentication (Gina) library that allows you to logon to your computer using hints that you provide during the EZGina installation. In the event that you forget your password or if you want to access your system remotely from a public place, you can use the EZLogin option. The answers to three (3) of your five (5) hints will be required to login to your PC without having to type your user password at the logon screen. The next time you use the EZLogin option, the hints will be different, and so will be the password needed to access your pc. Of course, you will still be able to login as you normally do by typing your account user name and password. EZGina also provide a simple yet prowerfull utility that you can launch before the Windows' Shell. The EZGina Shell gives you access to the Windows registry editor, it allows you to reset certain important registry values commonly modified by virus and spywares. EZGina Shell will also enable you to start any program by browsing to its location. Many startup problems caused by virus and spywares can be fixed by just having access to these features before the Windows Shell starts. As long as you remember your hints' passwords, you will have access to your computer even if your Windows' user account have been removed, locked out, the password changed, or the password expired. You will also be able to change the password of any of the local computer administrator user accounts.
